We take creative writing seriously here at CCC! To keep our skills sharp, we often submit creative writing pieces as part of Vocal Media’s calls for paid writing prompt challenges. This time around, we submitted to the “Under a Spell” challenge.

The Prompt for this challenge was “Write a story about a coven. The first line must be a spell.” We took on this challenge with a spirited money manifestation story that tracks a long line of powerful Haitian witches who use their magic for benevolence within their lineage.
