Much like gas will expand to fill its container, we often expand a task to fill the time we've allotted for it. I've covered this for years in my workshops, and it’s a powerful truth.

Since becoming a new mom of twins, finding pockets of time is pure gold. I've had to get serious about maximizing every spare moment. A simple solution I want to share with you is the Pomodoro method using the free playlists on YouTube. These playlists provide 25 minutes of relaxing study music followed by 5 minutes of break music with nature sounds—a perfect reward for a solid block of heads-down focus.
