Hello, Star Players!  I read a piece in Psychology Today, that reveals that affirmations often fall flat when they target the logical, adult part of us. Among the reasons the affirmations don’t stick is because it’s not the adult in the mirror that needs to hear the message. The next time you give affirmations a try, speak to the wounded inner child who truly needs to hear them. 🆕 🎬 CCC's Stellar Start with S.M.A.R.T. Goal Setting Tips for C.A.N. Non-Profit Leaders  🎬 🆕  

We were delighted to speak via Zoom to dozens of trailblazing non-profit leaders who make up the Community Affiliate Network (C.A.N.) on January 12. Celestial Content Creations was tapped by Karmia Berry, Interim Director of The Woodson Center’s nationwide association of community-based leaders.

We had the pleasure of leading a 20-minute exercise and discussion on goal setting for these change makers. Our workshop centered and aligned to the S.M.A.R.T. Goals vision setting strategy. The leaders asked amazing questions and had a sincere appreciation for us leaving them with affirmations to feel inspired. We are thrilled for this new partnership!

The C.A.N. founding member, Robert L. Woodson, Sr. was present on the call and challenged the room to emphasizing operational efficiency by remembering to “Tie your camel to a post.” We are still hanging on to this line of sage wisdom!

I was so inspired by the Katt Williams & Shannon Sharpe interview, that I jotted down my thoughts in a journal I hadn't touched since 2021. It feels good to hear his prediction that 2024 is the year of disclosure. This mindset reminds me of the affirmation card, "Everything is happening in its own divine order."
